Terms & House Rules

These terms govern membership, bookings and use of Artana Group workspaces ("Artana", "we", "us"). By creating an account or confirming a booking — as a member or a guest — you agree to these Terms & House Rules and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them; they include practical rules for using the physical site.

1. Membership & bookings

• You may book a hot desk online (by the day, fortnight or month, on a specific numbered desk), subject to availability. The conference room (2-hour slots, 08:00–18:00) is arranged by enquiry or at reception.
• A booking is a licence to use the space for the period booked — not a lease or tenancy, and it grants no exclusive possession of the premises.
• You must be 18 or over and provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• The earliest bookable date is the opening date of the relevant location.

2. Prices & payment

• Indicative rates: hot desk from €15/day, €75/fortnight, €125/month; conference room €80 per 2-hour slot. Rates are shown at the time of booking and may change for future bookings.
• No payment is taken online at this time — bookings are confirmed instantly and settled offline by invoice or on site. Access may be withheld until amounts due are settled.
• Prices are in euro (€) and, where applicable, exclusive of any taxes required by law.

3. Cancellation, changes & no-shows

• You may cancel a booking from your dashboard (members) or via your confirmation link (guests) before it starts.
• We may cancel, move or reassign a desk or slot for operational, safety or maintenance reasons, and will offer a comparable alternative where possible.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings.

4. House rules (using the site)

• Respect the space and others. Keep noise reasonable; take calls in booths or the conference room; keep shared areas tidy.
• Your desk & belongings. Use the desk assigned to your booking. Do not leave valuables unattended; Artana is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Access & security. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Do not let unauthorised people into the building or hold doors open for strangers.
• Guests & visitors. Meeting-room guests are your responsibility and must observe these rules.
• Cleanliness & kitchen. Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and shared areas; label anything left in the fridge.
• No smoking indoors. Please respect building quiet hours, parking rules and the reception team.
• Damage. You are responsible for damage you or your guests cause beyond normal wear.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the space or network for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or endanger others.
• Do not run activities that disturb other members, exceed the capacity of a booking, or misuse the premises as a permanent registered office without written agreement.
• We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these rules.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artana is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from use of the space or any interruption to services (including internet or power). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Data & privacy

We process your personal data (such as name, contact details and booking history) to provide and manage bookings, communicate with you, and run the site securely. We handle it in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, including the Republic of Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082 on Personal Data Protection (and the GDPR where it applies). You have rights to access, correct and delete your data — contact us to exercise them.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version and date above will change and, for material changes, we may ask you to re-accept. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
